the largest ‘arrow vase’ with a raised dragon design on either side below stylized shields, the neck set with two tubular handles, the four smaller of ovoid form each with raised and incised stylized decoration including a dragon wrapping itself around the neck of one, taotie masks, shield bands and squared scrolling with dragon and twisted loop and ring handles; the quatrefoil censer with a raised naturalistic design of birds amid pine and prunus set on four cloud form feet and with mushroom handles, base with Chinese character mark

CONDITION


overall good condition, minor surface scratches and a few small rim and foot dents, some firing inconsistencies as is typical of older bronzes
